We decided to visit my sister and her family for Christmas this year. We were able to spend some time in Washington DC, and visit two other National Park Services Sites.

Day 1 - December 24
10:10 a.m. Flight departs MSP
1:38 p.m. Flight lands at BWI
Picked up from airport from my brother-in-law. Drive to their house as we were staying with them
Day 2 - December 25
Christmas!
Day 3 - December 26
Eat breakfast and pack a picnic lunch
Drive to Washington DC
Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum
Picnic lunch outside
Washington Monument
World War II Memorial
Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial
Lincoln Memorial
Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 3:35 p.m.
Walk back through the mall to head to dinner
Dinner: Carmine's Italian Restaurant
